Warehouse Storeperson

We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being on the warehouse floor and takes pride in running an organised, effective operation.

n

This is not a desk-based management role.

n

Around 80% of your day will be spent picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, with the remaining 20% focused on warehouse coordination, including inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation, stock locations and continuously improving the way we operate.

n

This role would suit an experienced Storeperson looking to take the next step, or a Warehouse Coordinator who enjoys leading by example rather than managing a large team.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Warehouse Operations (Approx. 80%)

n

n
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
n
- Receive and put away incoming stock
n
- Load and unload courier vehicles and shipping containers
n
- Assemble products when customers purchase assembly
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
n
- Replenish showroom stock
n
- Complete customer deliveries when required (occasional leave cover)
n

Warehouse Coordination (Approx. 20%)

n

n
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations
n
- Prepare for incoming containers
n
- Conduct stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
n




- Optimise warehouse layout and workflows
n
- Manage packing materials and warehouse consumables
n
- Coordinate our hire spit equipment
n
- Measure and barcode new products for our web team
n

Additional Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide overflow support to the sales team when required
n
- Assist with occasional BBQ events and product demonstrations
n

n

About You

n

You'll have:

n

n
- 2+ years warehouse experience
n
- A current Forklift Licence (essential)
n
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
n
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
n
- High attention to detail and pride in accurate work
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to improve processes
n
- The ability to comfortably perform physical work throughout the day
n
