The Role

n

Reporting directly to our Chief Insurance Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering tailored insurance advice to existing Infinity Group clients, primarily SME and commercial.

n

Rather than chasing cold leads, you'll work with warm, pre-qualified referrals from our existing ~5,500 clients – ensuring their insurance aligns with their broader financial and wealth strategies.

n

As part of the foundation team, you'll help shape how Infinite Insurance operates, scales, and supports clients nationally.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Service and manage the insurance needs of existing Infinity Group clients, including renewals, endorsements, policy reviews and recommendations.
n




- Conduct thorough risk reviews, identify protection gaps and provide tailored, compliant advice aligned to each client's financial strategy.
n
- Prepare and present quotes, comparisons and policy recommendations, including negotiating terms and premiums with insurers.
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through warm internal referrals and better support existing Infinity clients.
n
- Work collaboratively with administration, broker support and claims teams to deliver strong client outcomes, including support through complex claims.
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation while contributing to scalable processes as the division grows.

What We're Looking For

n

Experience & Qualifications

n

n
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (mandatory)
n
- 3–5 years' experience in commercial or SME & broking
n
- Strong knowledge of General Insurance products
n
- AR background desirable
n
- Robust understanding of insurer markets and underwriting
n
- Experience using brokerage management Systems
n
