What You Will Be Doing

n

n
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to guide business decision-making.
n
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing cash flow, assisting with the annual budgeting process,



and monitoring performance against targets.
n
- Commercial Support: Partnering with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and financial advice.
n
- Process Improvement: Assisting with the implementation of financial software and streamlining existing accounting or payroll processes.
n
- Team Guidance: Mentoring and supporting junior accounting or administrative staff.
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- A Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
n
- Proven experience in a Finance Officer/Manager role, OR you are an experienced Accounts/Payroll Manager with a degree, ready to broaden your scope.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
n
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
n
- CA or CPA qualification (or currently actively studying toward completion) is highly regarded.
n
