Job Description

We're hiring a Financial Adviser in our Sunshine Coast office to deliver high-trust, strategy-led advice and build long-term client relationships. You'll own the advice process end-to-end, backed by strong admin and compliance support so you can stay focused on clients.

Futurevest is a fee-for-service advice firm providing holistic advice to families, professionals, and business owners, predominantly in the accumulation phase.

Key responsibilities

n

- Deliver holistic advice aligned to client goals, values, and risk profile (super including SMSF, investments, insurance, retirement planning, cashflow, and estate considerations as relevant).
n
- Run client reviews, implement advice, and manage ongoing service and renewal workflows.
n
- Maintain best-practice compliance: clear SOA/ROA rationale, clean file notes,



and audit-ready records.

- Build the book through referrals and relationship management, not product pushing.

What we're looking for

- Authorised Representative to provide advice.
n
- 3-5+ year's advising clients
n
- Robust communication and a client-first, ethical commercial approach.
n
- Evidence you can execute: retention, client outcomes, process discipline, and business development (where relevant).
n
- Clean compliance history.
n

Compensation

n

Base: $120K-$140K + bonus (structure based on client outcomes, retention, and growth contribution).
