What we are looking for:

n

We are currently looking for two casual Farm Hands who areliving locally and ready to begin work ASAP. The role is a hands-on positionsuited to individuals who enjoy working outdoors.

n

While previous farming or irrigation experience ispreferred, we encourage candidates with a positive, 'can-do' attitude, awillingness to learn, and flexibility to work across a roster includingweekends and night shifts during peak periods to apply. To be successful, youwill be reliable, conscientious, and safety-focused, with a strong work ethicand the ability to follow instructions effectively.

What you'll do:

n




- Operate and maintain farm machinery includingtractors, sprayers, and equipment for weed control, slashing, mulching,fertilising, and citrus harvesting
n
- Perform basic servicing and maintenance of farmequipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
n
- Mix, distribute, and accurately recordfertiliser applications in line with farm requirements
n
- Monitor, maintain, and repair irrigation systemsincluding drip lines, sprinklers, pumps, filters, and valves
n
- Carry out irrigation maintenance tasks such ascleaning filters, flushing lines, and unblocking sprinklers
n
- Support general farm operations and labouringactivities as required.

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Looking for a hands-on role where hard work isvalued and contributes to meaningful outcomes on farm
n
- Experience operating tractors and forklift wouldbe highly advantageous (otherwise be willing to attend paid training)
n
- Must have AusChem certificate or be willing toattend paid training
n
- Ability to work autonomously with limitedsupervision
n
- Own reliable transport and valid Driver'sLicence is essential
n
- Forklift licence is desirable
n
