Western Australia | August - November 2026 | Major Shutdown Program
n
EnerMech is seeking experienced Supervisors with a strong background in Nitrogen Process operations, utilsing Nitrogen Membrane Units, HP Air Compressors and Dryers to support a major shutdown campaign across Western Australia.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown activities on a large-scale industrial project from August through November 2026.
n
About the Role
n
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading crews involved in Nitrogen purging operations during the LNG Plant shutdown, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Completion of operational activities following procedure and direction of the Project Engineer
n
- Assist in generation of operational records in a explicit and concise manner
n
- Ensure that quality, health, safety and environmental systems are implemented and adhered to
n
- Supervision of technicians/operators on-site
n
- Provision of daily report information to Project Engineer
n
- Control of operating location establishment and ensuring equipment and plant are fit for purpose
n

Requirements
n
About You
n
n
- To be successful, you will ideally possess:
n
- Proven experience as a Supervisor on shutdowns, maintenance, or turnaround projects
n
- Demonstrated experience working with Nitrogen Processes, particularly Nitrogen Generation Units
n
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
n
- Excellent understanding of industrial safety standards and permit systems
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Australian Working Rights
n
