About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our venue and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is passionate about team development, and has a strong commercial mindset.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of venue operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, compliance, and overall venue presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue from Opening to Close
n
- Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teams
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences
n




- Monitor venue performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets
n
- Manage rosters, labour costs, and inventory control
n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
n
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently
n
- Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and promotional activities
n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, or Hospitality Manager role
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
- Commercially driven with strong financial acumen
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and compliance requirements
n
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
