Job Description

The Melba Supermarket, operated by SHRIVAA PTY LTD, seeks a dedicated Retail Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold high service standards. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates hold AQF Diploma or higher and 1–3 years in retail management. Responsibilities include rostering, training, budget monitoring, promotions, and compliance with WHS and food safety.
