About the Role

n

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of a flagship Sydney location, leading a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success.
n You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
n
- Driving sales, KPIs and operational excellence
n
- Creating an engaging and inclusive team culture
n
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through service and product education
n
- Managing store operations including rostering, inventory and loss prevention
n
- Developing future leaders within your team
n
- Working closely with a supportive Regional Manager and Head Office functions
n

About You

n

We're looking for an inspiring retail leader who enjoys building strong teams and leading from the front.
n You'll bring:

- Previous Store Manager experience within premium retail
n




- Strong commercial acumen with a proven history of achieving sales and KPI targets
n
- Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills
n
- Confidence leading in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A genuine passion for customer experience
n

Beauty experience is highly regarded, however we're equally interested in leaders from premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury or specialty retail who have demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
