What you'll be doing:

- Coordinating job allocations for our on-road service technicians
n
- Following up maintenance requests for valued account customers
n
- Processing key orders and customer requests
n
- Building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members
n
- Managing inbound phone calls and email enquiries
n




- Providing general administrative support across the business
n
- Learning industry-specific software and systems
n
