As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands‐on role in leading day‐to‐day operations, driving sales, and engaging your team to perform at their best.

n

We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Helensvale branch. At Burson, you're never just a number—you'll be part of a supportive, close‐knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
n
- Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
n
- Assisting with inventory control
n
- Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies,



procedures and OH & S compliance
n
- Supporting the Store Manager
n
- Leading and supporting your team
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Experience within retail and sales based roles
n
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving KPIs and budgetary targets
n
- Demonstrated experience in inventory and stock management
n
- Strong people skills with the ability to motivate, develop and support team members
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- Proficiency in time keeping, organisation and prioritisation of multiple tasks
n
- Sound analytical and problem‐solving capabilities
n

n

Additional Information

- Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
n
