At West HQ, We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Functions & Events attendant to join our team.

As a Function & Events Attendant, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the operations inside conference and events spaces. You will deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectation though the following tasks:

n

- Providing high levels of customer service
n
- Providing relevant information to event attendees
n
- Serving food and drinks to attendees at the highest standard
n
- Welcoming guests to venue
n
- Setting up function rooms
n
- Adhering to event safety standards
n
- Operating bars and barista duties
n
- Cleaning and clearing tables
n
- Taking orders and cash handling
n

- Experience in food service

- High level customer service skills

- Solid attention to detail

- Excellent personal presentation

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card

- Available to work days, nights and weekends
