O'Brien is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our Procurement function by transforming spend and financial data into meaningful insights that drive smarter purchasing decisions, improve supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
n
This role will play a key part in building and enhancing our procurement analytics capability, enabling better business outcomes across the organisation.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will:
n
n
- Analyse procurement and financial data to identify trends, risks and savings opportunities
n
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
n
- Support spend analysis, supplier performance reporting and sourcing initiatives
n
- Build, maintain and improve procurement reporting frameworks and data qualityPartner with Procurement Managers to deliver actionable insights and drive better business outcomes
n
- Present clear, commercially relevant insights to stakeholders and senior leaders
n
n
About You
n
n
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics or a related discipline
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
n
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and complex formulas
n
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
n
- Ability to translate data into practical business insights and recommendations
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
n
Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance analytics
n
Exposure to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
n
Experience with spend analytics and procurement reporting
n
