About the Role

Immediate Start Available

We are seeking an experienced TIG & MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team on a casual basis.

n

We currently have full-time hours available for the next 5+ weeks, with the chance to become one of our preferred welders that we can call upon for ongoing project and workload support throughout the year.

n

This role involves fabrication and welding of aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel products, including architectural planter boxes,



custom fabricated structures and general sheet metal projects.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- TIG and MIG welding of aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel
n
- Reading and working from fabrication drawings
n
- Fabricating and assembling custom metal products
n
- Welding, grinding and finishing components to a high standard
n
- General workshop duties and material handling
n
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
n
- Working safely and following WHS procedures at all times
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 7 + years experience in TIG and MIG welding
n
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
n
- Experience working with aluminium highly regarded
n
- Pride in producing quality workmanship
n
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
n
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
n
