We're working with a number of growing financial planning firms across Brisbane that are seeking experienced Client Services Professionals to join their teams. About the Role

n

You'll work closely with one or more Financial Advisers, taking ownership of the client journey from strategy through to implementation.

n

This is an end-to-end role where you'll become a trusted extension of the advice team, ensuring every client receives a seamless, professional experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- End-to-end implementation of financial advice recommendations
n
- Managing client communications throughout the advice process
n
- Preparing and processing advice documentation
n
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties
n
- Managing workflows and ensuring key deadlines are met
n
- Supporting Advisers to deliver an exceptional client experience
n
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflows using platforms such as Xplan or similar CRM systems
n
- Building strong,



long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

About You

n

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working in client services and wants to build a long-term career within financial planning.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Client Service Officer, Client Service Manager or Adviser Support professional within financial planning
n
- Solid knowledge of financial planning administration and implementation
n
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Experience using Xplan, Fin365 or similar financial planning software
n
