A leading Australian betting and entertainment brand is running a major global platform transformation and needs a Program Test Manager to own the end-to-end testing strategy. This is a senior, program-level role, not test execution: building the strategy, governance and integrated test plan, and coordinating testing across multiple workstreams, vendors and global teams.

The role

- Own the Program Test Strategy, governance and integrated Test Plan
n
- Lead System, Integration, E2E, Regression, UAT, Pilot and Go-Live testing
n
- Define the Test Setting and Test Data strategies
n
- Govern defect management, triage and reporting
n
- Report testing readiness, quality and risk to executive stakeholders
n
- Coordinate production readiness and post go-live validation

What you'll bring

- Experience leading testing on complex, multi-year, multi-workstream programs
n
- Strong program-level test strategy and governance capability, with a practical lens
n
- Ability to translate dependencies, environments and data needs into an executable plan
n
- Experience with automation, continuous testing and applying AI to testing
n
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
n
