Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong, hands‑on clinical leadership across the home
- Support the Facility Manager with clinical governance and accountability
- Ensure care plans, assessments, and documentation are compliant, accurate,



and meaningful
- Lead and manage SIRS processes and incident response
- Prepare for and support accreditation and audit activities
- Coach, mentor, and hold clinical and care staff accountable for performance
- Drive a positive, safe, and high‑performing clinical culture
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong experience within residential aged care
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams
- Experience managing audits, compliance, and clinical documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to risk and quality management
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and effective under pressure
