We are a committed Allied Health Practice comprised of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists, focused on delivering a flexible and responsive mobile community service to NDIS, Private Medi Care and Aged Care participants. As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an Occupational Therapist.

About the position:
n
Provide high-quality, ethical and safe occupational therapy services across the lifespan.
n
A mix of in-clinic and community appointments – no two days are ever the same, keeping your work dynamic and rewarding.
n
Assess and collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs in a meaningful and creative way.
n
Assess and prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enable increased safety, independence or quality of life.
n
Complete assessments and reportsthat support life transitions and goals attainment.
n
Engage in professional development opportunities to support professional growth and best practice service delivery.
n
About you:

Proven goal-oriented and person-centered approach and mindset

You will need:
n
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
n
Registration with AHPRA
n
NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, (or willing to obtain)
n
Working with Children Check, (or willing to obtain)
n
Senior First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
n
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
