n
- You can be gentle when needed, and firm but kind with boundaries
n
- You are willing to stick with clients for 6 to 12 months so they get consistency

n
- Legal right to work in Australia

n
- Regular, ongoing shifts once matched with the right participants
n
- Small, supportive team, clear communication, no big provider nonsense
n
