Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in plant operations and a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and conducting routine inspections to ensure efficient operation.

Key responsibilities:

- Operate plant equipment, such as front end loaders and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
n
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
n
- Follow safety protocols and compliance standards at all times
n
- Maintain accurate records of operations and performance
n
- Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and strong leadership skills
n
- Flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Valid Front end Loader (Excavator and HR)
n
- Current Driver's License
n
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
n

- Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
