Job Description

Linfox is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor to drive our industrial relations strategy across a diverse, unionised blue‐collar workforce from Essendon Fields, VIC. You will provide specialist advice to management and stakeholders, supporting operational efficiencies and change initiatives.

You will engage with unions, tribunals, and courts, lead enterprise bargaining, develop policy, and manage sensitive investigations.
