Store Managers at Kmart play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving operational excellence. You will lead with purpose and impact - driving robust financial outcomes and fostering an inclusive culture where people and business thrive.

We have 2 vacancies for experienced Store Managers across our central zone and south west zone.

What you'll be doing

- Leadership & Motivation – Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing future leaders through talent development and succession planning initiatives, while providing ongoing feedback and support to drive individual and team success.

- Strategic Thinking – Drive store profitability, productivity and operational excellence by managing performance metrics, controlling budgets, leveraging workforce planning tools,



and leading initiatives that enhance efficiencies and reduce costs.

- Relationship Building – Collaborate effectively across all levels, managing expectations and building strong partnerships to drive team success.

- Operational Excellence – Maintain a robust attention to detail, with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks while driving productivity and results.
