We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to join our team. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, supporting their crew and keeping projects running safely and efficiently.

The role will involve:
n
Supervising and coordinating site crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
n
Planning daily activities and allocating work
n
Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
n
Conducting pre‐starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
n
Ensuring works comply with safety, environmental and quality requirements
n
Monitoring project progress and communicating with Project Managers
n
Completing site records, diaries, timesheets and quality documentation
n
Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
n
Operating plant or assisting the crew when required
n
The successful applicant will ideally have:
n
Previous experience as a Foreman, Supervisor or leading hand in civil construction
n
Experience in earthworks, road construction, drainage, pipelines and concrete works
n
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
The ability to read plans, set out works and coordinate site activities
n
A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
A current driver's licence and Construction Induction Card
n
Relevant plant tickets and qualifications
n
The flexibility to travel or work away when required
n
