We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maths Tutor / Centre Manager to lead our dedicated team at a Math Minds Learning Centre.

Details

n

In-centre: 3:45 - 8:00pm Weekdays | 11.30am - 2.30pm Saturdays

n

Part-time: ~24 hours a week in-centre

n

Location: Brighton, Glen Iris and Glen Waverley Centres - but could be working at Kew, Box Hill, Balwyn North and Ivanhoe (if needed) during the week.

n

While not a requirement, this role could see you travelling to different centre locations, so a driver's license and access to a car are highly desirable.

Skills and Experience

n

Experience in teaching / tutoring Maths or Science (at least 1 year preferred)

n

Passion for education and working with students

n

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

n

Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities

n

Eagerness to learn and be trained

n

Proficiency in computer skills

n

Previous management or leadership experience preferred

n

Job Responsibilities

n

Teaching Maths to students from Gr. 3 - 10

n

Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the centre

n





Lead and motivate coaches by developing them professionally and personally

n

Conduct educational consultations by promptly responding to enquiries and successfully enrolling students

n

Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans

n

Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families

n

Monitor and grow overall centre performance metrics, including student success and customer satisfaction

n

Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

n

Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

n

Qualifications

n

Bachelor's degree or higher

n

Completed Maths up to a year 12 level

n
