Apprentice Chef - Breakfast Service (Café Mix Kitchen) - Early Morning start

Start your culinary journey in our vibrant Café Mix Kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality buffet and à la carte breakfast service. This role is perfect for early risers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do:

- Assist in preparing and cooking breakfast dishes for buffet and à la carte service.
n
- Support mise en place and ensure smooth morning operations.
n
- Maintain consistency, freshness, and presentation standards.
n
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety procedures.
n
- Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidate has:

- A strong passion for cooking and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.

- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to bring culinary creations to life.

- Previous kitchen experience or culinary studies are a plus but not required - we're happy to help you learn!

- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen are preferred for this role
