Job Description

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse for Community Nursing to join the Post Acute Care and Community Nursing team. This permanent part time role covers 24 hours per week with three 8-hour shifts, 08:00-16:30, on a rotating roster.

You will deliver high-quality home and clinic-based nursing care after hospital discharge, promote recovery and safe community living, provide wound care and health education, and work within an interdisciplinary team
