What you'll need to supply

n

- Your own trade-quality hand tools
n
- Your own trade-quality power tools
n

n

The role

n

n
- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
n
- Tap, toilet and fixture repairs
n




- Leak detection and fault finding
n
- Hot water repairs and replacements
n
- Blocked drains and drainage maintenance
n
- CCTV drain inspections
n
- Quoting and identifying further work where required
n
- Completing accurate job reports and photos
n
- Communicating clearly with customers
n
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
n
- Working independently while staying connected with the wider team
n

About you

n

We are looking for someone who is reliable, driven and confident working independently.

n

You should care about the quality of your work, communicate well with customers and want to be part of a team that is building something bigger.

n

- Current plumbing licence
n
- Current driver licence
n
- Robust maintenance plumbing experience
n
- Good fault-finding skills
n
- Professional presentation and communication
n
- Pride in your workmanship
n
- Ability to use job management software or willingness to learn
n
- Gas, drainage or backflow qualifications would be looked on favourably
n
