Here's what's on the table:

- $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid once you complete your trial period.

- $50–$65 per hour plus commission — the harder you work, the more you take home.

- Company car — Ford Ranger Wildtrak — provided, fuel card included.

- Maintenance and service work only — no new builds, no chasing slabs or first/second fix on a construction site. Clean, wide-ranging jobs.
