Job Description

supporting businesses across Australia. We are currently managing the recruitment

process on behalf of our client, Flomar Pty Ltd, which is seeking an experienced
n
and organised Office Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations
n
of its business.
n
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating office activities,
n
maintaining administrative systems and processes, supporting management,
n
managing business records, and ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative
n
services. This position is responsible for overseeing office procedures, coordinating
n
administrative functions, and contributing to the smooth and effective operation of
n
the business.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities;
n
- Develop, implement and maintain office procedures, systems and processes to improve operational efficiency;
n
- Coordinate administrative support functions including documentation, records management and reporting;
n
- Manage business correspondence, emails, filing systems and confidential records;
n
- Support senior management with administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting and business coordination;
n
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and internal communications;
n
- Assist with financial administration activities including invoicing, expense tracking, accounts coordination and reporting;
n
- Monitor office supplies, equipment and service providers, including procurement and supplier coordination;
n
- Maintain employee records, assist with onboarding processes and provide administrative support to staff;
n
- Coordinate workplace compliance documentation, policies and administrative requirements;
n
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations and business documents as required;
n
- Liaise with clients, candidates, suppliers and external stakeholders to support business operations;
n
- Support recruitment administration processes, including maintaining records and coordinating documentation;
n
- Ensure office operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
n
n
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field;
n
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office administration, office management or a similar administrative role;
n
- Strong knowledge of office procedures, systems and administrative practices;
n
- Experience managing business records, documentation and reporting requirements;
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
n
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information;
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business administration software;
n
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage office operations.
n
