The Role

n

We are looking for a Workshop Manager to manage our Nathan Workshop and oversee the daily workshop operations, managing a team of technicians ensuring high quality work, and a passion for providing exceptional service to current and prospective customers.This role has workshop admin support (fulltime admin person)

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include,

n

Provide our customers with outstanding customer service

n

Supporting technicians with mechanical and technical advice

n

High amount of data entry required processing invoices.

n

Management of P&L;

n





Managing customer enquiries and issues ensuring satisfaction is at a premium, at all times

n

Ensuring all work booked, is within the scope of works

n

Managing daily depot operations, safety and compliance.

n

Be explicit & transparent in all transactions and communications

n

Keep a high moral & ethical standard in all business dealings & transactions

n

Critical to your success will be:

n

Strong mechanical and technical knowledge

n

Experience running a busy workshop with a proactive approach to daily operations

n

Strong leadership skills and an enthusiasm for success

n

Outstanding customer service, communication, and time management skill

n

Relevant industry recognised trade qualification

n

HR License preferred but not essential

n
