Our client is a leading marketer of LPG gas and is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Contact Centre team in Mulgrave.

n

About the Role:

n

This is a casual ongoing role, available 5 days a week, work from office. The position involves a mix of administrative, customer service - Primarily Inbound calling, and data-related tasks.

n

What you'll do:

n

n
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and assist customers with enquiries.
n
- Provide skilled and friendly service.
n
- Accurately update and maintain customer records.
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
n

n

Work Hours/ Attire:

n

Current shifts operating Monday - Friday 08:30 - 4:30pm.

n

Casual Business Attire.

n

For the applicant to be successful, he/she must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test as well as a clear Police check.
