About the Role

n

We're seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our growing team.

n

This is a hands-on role with strong client interaction and exposure to a broad range of tax, compliance, and advisory matters. You'll work closely with clients across a variety of industries while developing your technical expertise and professional relationships.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements for companies, trusts, and partnerships
n
- Manage BAS and IAS preparation and lodgements
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Manage workflow and meet compliance deadlines
n
- Assist with specialist taxation matters, including Div 7A, CGT, and FBT
n
- Participate in weekly internal accountant training sessions
n

n

About You

n

n
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in public practice
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and accept feedback
n
- Robust attention to detail
n
- Qualified communication skills
n
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career within a supportive firm

- A high level of accountability and pride in your work
