Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals
n
- Manage outgoings across the portfolio
n
- Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
n
- Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
n

THE PERSON

- Minimum 3 years' experience in property management.
n
- Solid communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment.

- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
n
- Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
