Are you a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist looking for an exciting opportunity, for 3 hrs p/w on a Saturday?

My client is looking for a talented Pharmacist to join our team in the Southport and Ormskirk Trust Hospital, for 3 hrs on a Saturday ONLY

n

Southport dispensed items is approximately 5,000 per month - due to increaseWe have excellent relationships with the NHS Trust partner.EMIS Ascribe currently used in branch and is used by the Trust too.

n

Suitable for newly qualified Pharmacists

n

9am - 12pm every Saturday = 3 hrs p/w

n

Key duties

n

n
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
n
- Provide medication counselling and support to patients,



answering their questions and addressing concerns
n
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care
n
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
n

Essential Requirements

- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
n
- MUST have GPhC registration
