An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join a successful apartment-focused sales team in Wentworth Point.
n Working directly alongside a well-established local agent, this role is designed for someone wanting hands-on training, fast development, and a genuine pathway into becoming a successful Co-Agent.

n You'll work closely with a leading local agent specialising in apartment sales, supporting day-to-day buyer management, prospecting, open homes, and campaign activity.
n This role offers intensive training and real exposure to the sales process, with the goal of developing you into a high-performing Co-Agent over time.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting and database growth

- Buyer enquiry management and follow-up calls
n
- Supporting the lead agent with day-to-day sales activity
n
- Attending and assisting at open homes
n
- Assisting with apartment sales campaigns
n
- Learning buyer management and negotiation processes
n
- Building robust local market knowledge
n
- Supporting the team across sales administration and client service
n

About You

- Previous real estate experience preferred
n
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn highly valued

- Strong communication and confidence speaking with buyers

- Resilient, driven, and able to handle a fast-paced environment

- Professional presentation and positive energy
