BCS Workshop Automotive Service Center has an exciting opportunity available for a skilled and motivated Motor Mechanic to join our team. This role offers strong potential for career progression into a Workshop Controller position for the right candidate.

We specialise in servicing and repairing Australian, Japanese, and European passenger vehicles, as well as light commercial vehicles. Our workshop is modern, clean, and fully equipped, providing an excellent working setting.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Inspect vehicles and components to accurately diagnose faults
n
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle computer and electronic systems
n
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and longevity
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
n




- Respond to customer enquiries in a qualified and timely manner
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
n

About You

n

n
- Qualified Motor Mechanic (essential)
n
- Experience working in an automotive workshop across a range of vehicle makes and models
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
- Good communication and customer service abilities
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence (essential)
n
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within the business
