About the Company & Role:

Join a Global Medical Device Manufacturer at the forefront of infection prevention technology. Working within the Quality team, you'll play a key role in analysing customer and product data, identifying trends, supporting complaint management activities and helping ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Quality Operations & Post Market Surveillance Manager, you'll join a supportive team with full training and handover provided.

n

Duties:

n

- Analyse and interpret post-market and complaint data
n
- Identify trends, adverse events and out-of-trend results
n
- Manage and maintain complaint records within internal systems
n
- Support complaint investigations and adverse event reporting
n
- Prepare reports, presentations and data summaries for stakeholders
n
- Present findings to local and international teams
n
- Participate in weekly data review meetings
n
- Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality processes
n
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory,



Engineering and Technical Services teams
n

Skills & Experience:

n
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline
n
- Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical or another ISO-regulated environment is advantageous
n
- Solid Excel skills; experience with large datasets and Pivot Tables (highly regarded)
n
- Experience analysing data and identifying trends
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
- Understanding of ISO standards and GMP processes (highly regarded)
n
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools (highly regarded)
n
