Join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll coordinate projects, manage schedules, communicate with customers and contractors, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Wide Bay team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic prospect for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting customers from quotation through to project completion.
n
- Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and project activities.
n




- Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
n
- Keeping projects organised and on track through proactive communication.
n
- Solving problems and helping deliver a positive customer experience.
n
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
n

Skills & Attributes:

- Preferred – Roofing experience or knowledge.
n
- Highly organised and driven individual.
n
- Pro-Active and self-driven.
n
- Ability to think on your feet / adapt to situations as needed.

- Strong personable skills to deal with many different people.
