About the role

We're looking for an organised and reliable team player to join our team in aClient Services Coordinator - Homecare position. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules, managing changes and providing general administrative support to keep things running smoothly.

n

Part-time (0.8 FTE) applications are welcome and will be considered for the successful applicant.
n This is a fixed-term contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position for the successful applicant.

Your main duties will include:

n

- Rostering Homecare and clinical visits within the community
n
- Answering and transferring of phone calls
n
- Administrative duties
n

n

About you

n

n
- Be available to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm in the Adelaide CBD.
n
- You'll need great communication skills,



attention to detail and confidence in using computer systems.
n
- Previous experience in rostering is preferred.
n
- Clear and fluent English.
n
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
n
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
n
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality when handling staff and client information.
n
