Client Manager - Tax & Business Services

Up to $150,000 package for the right candidate

This is a growing accounting practice looking for an experienced Client Manager to take responsibility for a quality portfolio of clients and play an important role in the development of the team and firm.

n

The role will involve managing approximately $600k+ in fees across both compliance and advisory work, with exposure to some large and successful clients, including a $50m turnover mining and construction business.

- Mentor, coach and upskill junior and intermediate staff, with a focus on succession planning.

- Work closely with the founder in the running and growth of the team and firm.

- Help grow the firm's existing client base and fee income.
n
- Up to $150k + super, plus potential bonuses and future equity / profit share.

- Solid Tax / Business Services / Public Practice experience.
n
- Experience managing a substantial client portfolio, ideally $600k+ in fees.
n
- Good technical accounting and taxation skills.
n
- The ability to provide practical business and advisory advice.
n
- Strong delegation, review and team management skills.
n
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing people.
n
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
n
- CA/CPA qualification
n
