Blastworks Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Campbellfield, Victoria. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks within our trades and services business. This is a casual role and after 3 months probation will be considered for full time.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Work toward learning to sandblast whilst assisting the current sandblaster. Performing general labour duties such as loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, and site clean-up
n
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks as required
n
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
n
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
n

- Demonstrated experience in a labourer or similar role within the trades and services industry




n
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
n
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to handle various tasks and challenges
n
- Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
