Hagan Coatings are seeking a reliable and motivated Processing 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and experience in a manufacturing or cabinet-making environment.

About the Role

n

As our Processing 2IC, you will support the day-to-day running of the factory, assisting with production scheduling, team coordination, and ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Measure and process kitchen cabinet panels and components accurately.
n
- Enter job specifications and production information into our computer system.
n
- Use tape measures and production documentation to ensure accuracy.
n
- Assist in leading and supporting a team of up to 10 employees.
n
- Organise daily workflows, job priorities, and production schedules.
n
- Set up and operate sanding machinery used in the preparation of cabinetry for 2Pac coating.
n
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process.
n




- Ensure production targets and customer deadlines are met.
n
- Promote and maintain a safe and productive workplace.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in cabinet making, kitchen manufacturing, 2Pac coating, or a similar production environment.
n
- Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.
n
- Experience using a tape measure and working with detailed specifications.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Competent computer skills and data entry experience.
n
- Leadership experience or the ability to supervise and support a small team.
n
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
n
