We specialise in providing institutional-grade, full-service Prime Brokerage solutions tailored to the needs of emerging hedge funds, family offices, and proprietary trading firms. We also operate a standalone Capital Introduction Program focused on targeted, mandate-led introductions with global allocators.

The Opportunity

n

26 Degrees is expanding its institutional offering through the proposed establishment of a wholesale fund distribution platform, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

n

We are seeking an experienced professional to become a key architect of the platform. This is a rare chance to join at the beginning of that journey and play a leading role in shaping the licensing, governance and operational foundations of a new business.

n

Reporting directly to the Head of Capital Introduction and Hedge Fund Sales, the successful candidate will help shape the strategy, operating model and market positioning of a platform designed to become the preferred Australian partner for leading international alternative investment managers. The role's responsibilities also include acting as a dedicated Australia capital introductions resource for managers outside of the platform – giving the role significant breadth.

Responsibilities

Distribution

n

Develop relationships across the Australian wholesale investment ecosystem including:

n

- Private banks
n
- Family offices
n
- Multi-family offices
n
- Wealth platforms
n
- Investment consultants
n

n

Develop and execute the Australian distribution strategy.





n

Represent the business at industry events and conferences.

n

Support international managers entering the Australian market.

n

Product & Platform

n

Work with international investment managers to establish Australian investment solutions.

n

Liaise with:

Provide commercial input into:

- Launch strategy

Help develop a scalable operating model for onboarding new international managers.

Experience

n

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Australian wholesale funds management
n
- Deep relationships across the Australian alternatives ecosystem
n
- Robust understanding of private wealth distribution
n
- Experience working with alternative investments
n

Highly regarded
