About the Role

We're partnered with a well-established mining organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor in MT ISA supporting site-based operations.

n

This is a hands‐on role working closely with leaders on site, providing support across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, workforce planning, and day‐to‐day HR delivery.

n

You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across site while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

n

This is a permanent opportunity offering long‐term stability within a well‐performing mining operation.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide day‐to‐day HR support across site operations
n
- Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management
n
- Assist with workforce planning and recruitment activities
n
- Support performance management and development processes
n
- Contribute to enterprise agreement application and IR processes
n
- Drive engagement,



culture, and wellbeing initiatives
n
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across site
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in a HR Advisor role within mining or heavy industry
n
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR processes
n
- Confident supporting leaders in a site‐based environment
n
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
n
- Practical, solutions‐focused approach
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Current driver's licence
n
