About the Role

n

We're not necessarily looking for someone who can do everything, we're looking for great people who can bring their existing skills and enthusiasm to our team.

n

This role is centred on mentoring and supporting people with disability to build skills, confidence, and pathways to paid employment, through hands-on experience across café, events, and venue operations.

n

While you'll have the opportunity to contribute in your strongest area, we also encourage cross-training and professional development across our venue.

n

We're actively building teams across all areas of our business and are seeking people who want to grow with us, develop new skills and be part of something unique.

Working Hours

n

We operate 7 days per week on a rotating roster.

n

Operating hours include:

n

n
- Open daily from 7:00am
n
- Sunday to Tuesday: Closing approximately 5:30pm
n
- Wednesday to Saturday: Extended trading hours, including evening and late-night shifts
n

n





Flexibility is essential, as shifts vary across departments and operational requirements.

n

Team members can expect to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts across any given fortnight.

n

About You

n

You are passionate about creating inclusive environments and supporting people to build skills and confidence. You bring a positive, patient, and supportive approach, and enjoy working as part of a team while contributing to a shared goal.

n

You will also have:

n

n
- Previous experience in hospitality or disability support
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work across a rotating roster
n
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments
n
- A genuine commitment to inclusion and community
n

n

It would be great if you also bring:

n

n
- Experience across both hospitality and disability support
n
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others
n
- Event or function experience
n
- Experience in golf, tourism, or recreation settings
n
- An interest in or passion for golf
n

n

You'll primarily work in one or two of these areas while receiving opportunities to develop across the venue and business:

- Café and Bar operations
n

- Events and functions

- Hospitality training
n

- Golf Pro Shop operations
n
- Skills and development mentor
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card.(or willingness to obtain)
n
- RSA
n
- Food handling certificate
n
