About Us:
n We are a luxury hospitality investment group seeking an experienced and bilingual General Manager to lead a high-end hotel property in Australia.
n
Role Summary:
n We need a Chinese-speaking leader with robust experience in Australian luxury hotel management. You will oversee hotel operations, serve high-end clients (especially Chinese VIPs), and manage the property with an owners business mindset.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Lead daily hotel operations and ensure top-tier guest service.
n
- Host and build relationships with high-value clients, especially Chinese guests.
n
- Manage budgets,
financial performance, and maximize profitability.
n
- Guide sales, marketing, and revenue strategies targeting luxury and Chinese markets.
n
- Mentor staff and maintain a culture of excellence.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
- Chinese national, deeply familiar with Chinese culture and client expectations.
n
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
n
- Australian PR or citizenship.
n
- 10+ years in luxury hotels, including 5+ years as Deputy GM / Operations Director / GM in a 5-star hotel in Australia.
n
- Understanding of hotel asset management and ownership goals is a plus.
