Pixel Line, based in Geebung Brisbane, is looking for an experienced Audio Visual Production Manager to join our team on a full time basis. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a leader in the live production industry, working with well-known and respected people and brands.

We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in a Production Management or Technical Director role in the live event industry combined with a hunger to develop your talents as a video and display systems specialist. Equally if you're already a vision specialist here's your chance to hone your skills on the best equipment in a flexible work setting as part of a great team.

This is a project management role. As a Production Manager (PM) for Pixel Line you'll look after an event from the initial quoting and sales process, through the pre-production and prep stage, and then lead our technical crew in delivering the event.

As a service driven industry, customer service is at the forefront of our business. The ability to interact with clients in a polite, professional manner is essential for this position.

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in a similar role (production management, account management, operations and/or technical direction) within the live event production industry
n




- Proven experience in audiovisual productions with either a focus in the video and vision systems disciple or a desire to skill up in this discipline
n
- A desire to deliver the very best customer experience
n
- Excellent time management skills and a "can do" attitude
n
- The ability to develop relationships both internally and externally
n
- A desire to take ownership and responsibility for quality results
n
- Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Experience in large format LED screens, large format Projection
n
- Experience in virtual production and film & TV environments
n
- A desire to lead and develop the next generation of production professionals
n
- Rigger/dogger and EWP tickets *
n
- Experience with RentalPoint and Vectorworks *
n
