- Generous Salary Package:$120-140k+ Super + up to $7,500 PD allowance + bonuses + travel allowances

We are looking for an engaged Team Lead with experience working in the occupational health setting to lead our growing Mental Health team. You will play a meaningful role in improving workplace wellbeing and helping organisations create healthier, higher-performing workforces.
n
This role can be based from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney, part time or full time with flexibility around working hours & regular work from home - plus, we are open to all mental health disciplines (Psychology, Rehab Counsellor, OT etc).
n
In this role you will:
n
n
- Lead day-to-day operational delivery of mental wellbeing services at various onsite and telehealth clinics, ensuring quality, consistency and sustainability across the team
n
- Deliver account management to your customers, ensuring engagement and customer satisfaction with Axis services
n
- Provide ongoing mentoring, development and support to your team members including regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews
n
- Contribute to Axis strategy and development as an active member of the Axis leadership team
n
- Deliver against budget and use financial targets to drive continual process improvement
n
- Consult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & healthy workforce
n

You will bring:
n
n
- Strong people leadership potential - with the capability to lead, influence and develop clinicians and multidisciplinary teams (doesn't need to be in a formal leadership role!)
n
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Psychologist,
OT or Rehabilitation Counsellor - ideally with exposure to workplace mental health, occupational rehabilitation or wellbeing services
n
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance clinical quality with business outcomes
n
- Accredited with AHPRA or Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)/ Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia (RCAA)
n
- Professional indemnity insurance and full Australian working rights
n
- Driver's licence and access to a private vehicle
n
- Willingness to undergo background and/or other pre-employment checks
n
