Job Description

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Manager, Research Laboratory Compliance Specialist to ensure CSL Melbourne laboratories meet regulatory and CSL standards. You will drive governance, training, and documentation oversight across the vivarium and broader labs.

Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate inspections, and manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk registers to sustain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
