We're seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Site Managers / 2nd In Charge to help lead our maintenance operations and support the delivery of upcoming projects. This is a genuine opportunity for a hardworking horticulturist or landscape maintenance professional to take the next step in their career, working alongside a supportive team that values initiative, quality workmanship, and takes pride in a job well done.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day landscape maintenance works
n
General turf and garden bed maintenance
n
Irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting
n
Pest and weed control
n
Supervising and supporting team members on site
n
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work. You'll ideally bring:
n
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field
n
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and horticultural best practice
n
A hardworking, reliable attitude with a solid work ethic
n
The ability to lead by example and support less experienced team members
n
A current driver's licence (and relevant tickets/certifications highly regarded)
n
A commitment to safety and quality on every job
